Sounds like a "rip off" site to me !!
Likely just another "private mint" selling coin related materials at outrageous prices.......

If you want 100 oz, I think a no-frills* Englehard silver bar is about as liquid as you can get.
Dealers typically stock and trade these bars. At least that's what I've seen pass through dealers.

*no frills means excluding some fancy design you might pay for, but seldom see in resale.

I think Northwest teritorial mint is one of the big guns the mint sells too
