1999 D Lincoln Penny... Need Help - Coin Community Forum

pogitoitz New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 11/15/2019 03:38 am I found this 1999 D Lincoln Penny and the very first thing that caught my eyes is that it's off-centered, it's offset, it's more to the top. Is this an error? What is it called? Is this a common thing for this type of coin that is minted in 1999? Report this Post to the Staff
