zoombuff222 Valued Member United States 92 Posts	Posted 10/19/2008 10:06 am I think there is some sort of numismatic rule that says you're only allowed to collect these nickels if you refer to them by their proper name or names. These are actually referred to as Indian Head Nickels or Buffalo nickels, but never as Buffalo Head Nickels. Referring to them as Buffalo Head Nickels is a SERIOUS breach of etiquette! Please return both to wherever you purchased them and start over! (Just kidding! They're nice looking nickels! Are you just starting a collection or adding to an existing one or just grabbing up a couple on impulse?) Report this Post to the Staff
