Found this really cool penny today. I have no knowledge of coins whatso ever. Can anyone give me any info on this?

Soak it in acetone and it will likely disappear.

But just spend it as the coin is damaged and has glue on it. (Looks like this coin was used in a coin toss, and hit the ground altering the rims. So this coin was the looser.
