For estimated value, I found a site that gives this coin a value of $180 in VF. How much would the "polished" detail generally reduce the value to sell? Report this Post to the Staff
Slider23 Pillar of the Community United States 4473 Posts	Posted 04/07/2020 10:12 am Whizzed means to use a mechanical wire brush to shine a coin. Polished could be mechanical or by hand using different methods. For estimated value on a details coin there is no straight line to arrive at value as there are a lot of variables. Ballpark reduction for a details coin around 50%. Report this Post to the Staff
