You images aren't that good but I'll say upper VF grade.
The best part is that ALL of the ribs on the III are there.
Many of these coins have an unstruck area on the III, particularly on the left I.

I have it at XF40. bonus for decent strike on the columns. it is a little too clean for a circulated coin so I think it was cleaned but probably will grade straight

I'm at a generous AU55 I think most of what appears to be wear is masked by the glare from the over exposed photo.

The reverse is a strong EF. Obverse looks a little weak in the strike. EF-40.
