Looks real, but appears to be an 1864. Did you dig it up?

Not a fake, but a real 1864 that spent a lot of it's time corroding. Most likely underground for YEARS!

1863. From an old collection but was never cleaned. Tried everything to clean it - didn't work... I guess it is casting, not minting...

Check for weight. First picture suggests 1864 to my eye.
In this condition, difficult to prove if genuine, especially without much of a provenance.
Take an each way bet, and keep it anyway.
Appears to be a ground burial recovery.
