I'm am not sure if this is a large over small date it kinda looks to be but been wrong before like in 1982 lol just kidding like all the time being wrong is the new norm?

The 1960D-1DO-001 and 1960D-1MM-100 looks like this:
1960-D-LMC-Large-Over-Small?
Note the size of the zero on the date? Also this die is also a RPM.
The small dates look like this on the '6':
1960-D-LMC-Large-Over-Small?
Easiest way to spot them.
