Basement is dry, just needs to be cleaned out. Driveway is about 6" now but it is drivable now only if we had any vehicles to drive. All four are flood totaled.

Sorry to hear that. Assume vehicles are fully insured? Once you get that check you can shop for some new ones or invest in a few motorcycles and spend the money on coins :)

Glad to hear everything is drying out.

Coins are on the second floor and the water got to 12" in the basement.
We are ok physical, but psychologically well... One day at a time.

This stuff works good. my sump pump failed 2 years ago.
woke up to 6 in. works to get that moisture out. Now I
keep 4 in the basement all the time. They are about 1/4 full. Didn't know there was so much moisture down there. And that's were I keep my coins

@John1, I just saw this topic. My wife and I wish you and your family the best, and our hearts go out to you.

Depending on the scope of the flooding, watch for a disaster declaration. That may free some federal or state funds to help. If the flooding is widespread, relief organizations like Samaritan's Purse and American Red Cross may be able to provide some help.

Be very, very careful with mold. It can cause horrible respiratory problems, and in the time of COVID could make you more susceptible to illness. Please take care.

Please stay in touch, so we know how you are doing.

I know you said your cars were under water, but here's hoping the rest of your belongings are salvageable or undamaged.
