With it flowing over the rim, it might be a struck through debris. I'm not seeing weakness on the head area. I know there is another island above the date and TRUST area. But it doesn't look like it connects with the other side?

I thought the gouge on liberty was PMD. On closer inspection I noticed more and more. Almost like it went in a circle.
