Not Sure If This Is The Correct Area, What Is The Value Of A 1893 Barber Dimes In Good Condition?

I'm not looking to have my particular coins valued, this is a general question about the 1893 Barber dimes. On the internet, I found several sites that list the coins value at good condition to be around 140 U.S. Dollars Even though 3.3 Million were minted. I have also found several sites that list the value at about 4.00 U.S. Dollars. Which should I believe? * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. One problem in numismatics can be the use of language. At times our use of words is NOT the same as what most people are used to. When the average person describes a coin as being in "good" condition they mean it is very nice (although when it is actually seen we find that since they don't actually know what a really nice one looks like, they have overestimated its condition.) But to a collector, a coin in Good condition (notice the capitalization) is actually at the bottom end of the desirability scale. Report this Post to the Staff
