Stopped by Mr. Neffs site to see whats in the news. Article there about master die trails. Checked the cup from this last batch of coins and sure enough had one. Two actually, the one I posted with the diagonal cut is also a trail. The one pictured is a 1985D.

I had a few of them put to the side, I wasn't sure if they were trails. I checked them to the one listed and only 1 had the die scratch in the N in ONE. It also has trails on the E.P they may be part of the master die trails. This coin is a 1985-P

closelook, mine have that also but I couldn't get a decent picture. Check the N in cent and see if you have one coming off the top crossbar headed for the T.

This may not be a trail. On these early Lincolns it's hard to tell if these are trail or just gas bubbles.
