Ok I would say DDO but the doubling of the letters doesn't resemble the actual letters, it looks like blobs behind the letters. Now around the whole head may be doubled but not sure. Please let me know what you think

A lot of foreign coins are struck by dies that are chrome plated, once the chrome plating wears (mostly around the edge of the devises) it can leave what appears to be doubling. It however is not. Perhaps that is what you're seeing?
