From what I'm seeing it is a decent strike ,but it has been circulating in quite a few hands . Value: 25¢ .

If you are just looking to make a set of Washington quarters from circulation, that might be a good one to keep. As far as selling it to someone else above face value based on its condition, that is not likely. Most mint sets around that time period only retail for a few dollars each, and they contain $1.82 face value in uncirculated coins. So, most of those coins don't sell for much above face unless they are the highest grades available and scarce at that grade.

As far as grade, possibly low AU. As others have stated, worth face value and a hole filler if your putting together an album.

As noted above, posting larger photos--sharp/high resolution--could tell a different story. Not highly likely, but possible.
