I didn't get any coins but I did get several slipcovers for my Dansco albums and a couple of new Danscos for Buffalo & Jefferson nickels to replace the one that held both types.

Oh, and I got $100 in "coin money" which will more then likely go towards 4 boxes of cents.

I got $10 worth of lincoln rolls from my fiance's younger brother. Everyone laughed and I thought it was a very cool, thoughtfull gift. I don't get many toys anymore, rolls are like toys to me.

I went to a coin show and bought my own Christmas presents. For gifts all I ever get is Vodka, shirts and other unimportant stuff.

After my 1909-S VDB and 1914-D purchases, I really didn't deserve anything else, but I got some things anyway. A Dansco Indian Head album with slip cover, a nice 7x-12X loupe, another 450GM Dessicant pack, and a box of saf-flips, oh yes, and a partridge in a pear tree.

My only Christmas coin is a 2008 1 oz silver Britannia which I bought myself. I did get a bottle of 12-year-old Jameson, however, which is almost as good. It won't last as long as a coin, but even the most beautiful coin doesn't make me glow inside like that stuff does.

No coins for me, but I did get a Coin World and a Numismatic News for my reading pleasure, as well as some money to go towards completing my Lincoln cents!

I did not get any coins but my wife did give me A Guide Book of Buffalo and Jefferson Nickels by Q. David Bowers I have been passively collecting BU Jeffs with nice strikes but I own very few Buffaloes so I guess I might have something new to collect now

I did notice one very interesting item in the book- a drawing of James Earle Fraser with the Indian head and Buffalo motifs- the drawing was done by Charles Daughtrey

I got a couple coin related items.

I got a 2009 RedBook (I asked for this for christmas)
A 2008 Bald Eagle Proof Commemerative ( I also asked for this but didn't have much confidence that I was going to receive it)
A Little bag of wheat cents my mother got me from national collectors mint
A belt buckle with an authentic 1921 Morgan dollar in it.

It was a nice christmas!

Not many people know that I'm a collector of any sort. I didn't ask for anything but world peace and confidence in the markets... I got a sweater...
... but I bought myself something nice. A proof that was most fairly priced. I also got a whack of gift cards to most useful stores that I do indeed frequent, so somehow that helps defray the cost(in my mind!).
