Looks like a Philadelphia mint dime, not a proof with a missing S.

It's a proof coin, sold originally in proof sets, and it would be like finding not a needle in a haystack, but just the needle point in a hay field... maybe a hay galaxy?
if there's even one out there in circulation.

As far as I know only 2 have ever been found, both from mint issued proof sets, and both are graded.
