Good Morning, Yesterday I added a 1880-S Ten Dollar Liberty and a 1901-S Five Dollar Liberty to my small gold coin collection. I also have a Five and a 2 1/2 Dollar Gold Indian coins, the 2 1/2 dollar coin is in slab the other three are in cardboard flips. My question is....I want to put these in a small plastic bag with a zip lock top in my safe deposit box. I need to put a piece of paper in the box to tell my daughter how much I paid for each coin. Will the paper cause any damage to the gold coins? Thanks for any advice!

Gold is pretty inert, and the paper shouldn't cause any more problem than the cardboard flips. I would probably just avoid yellow colored paper that might have increased sulfur content.

You should be ok , also think of adding a small unit of
Silica safe pak to your safety deposit box for extra protection .

I use these: https://www.ultrapro.com/product_in...ducts_id=642

They can be taped at the top if desired and fit most slabs as well. I would label the outside with a white return address label.
