A last resort could be to use a white pencil eraser on the surface--but only after all else has failed. Emphasis is on experimentation. Not a lamination error in my opinion. The weight of the coin will be heavy if anything that was not a mint error, would make the coin over weight. Now being a damaged coin. Report this Post to the Staff
