panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18670 Posts	Posted 05/11/2021 09:15 am strike for this one is AVG- as the 98(O) are typically sharp. missing luster on both sides. some dullness on both sides fields could be from a dip. the two scratches on the cheek are in a prominent area and although not really bad they will affect the grade. based on the photos MS63 with an outside chance of 64 if the coin wasnt dipped. price is good either way.
