It looks like split plating, but better pictures would help.

As have I, I am just wondering if THIS issue is glare? I'd really like to see another photo from a different angle.

Looks like there may be some extra thickness on the date, TRUST, and LIBERTY but better pics will be needed to confirm.
And please include a clear full image of the reverse.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
