Given the photos posted, I'd suggest not submitting for grading to a reputable third party grading service. The submission cost will far exceed the value. Consider checking photos and values of graded examples and compare with your coins.

Here's an example:

All three coins are well circulated and does not warrant sending in for grading . The Quarter is Silver melt valued at $5 , the half dollar is between $10 & $16 and the Lincoln Cent in this condition is about $10-$ 15 .
If you send these in you will lose your shirt .

@mal, I understand that you have dozens if not hundreds of these to go through; however, please limit your threads to a single coin. Utilizing this best practice helps us search for specific coins in the future. Thx!

to the CCF!

The 1927-S Standing Liberty quarter is a key date with only 396,000 coins struck. While the condition of your coin makes it hard to see the mint mark, it could be worth more than melt value, if you can truly make out the S with the coin in hand.

This coin sold for $25 https://www.davidlawrence.com/product/1924885/ recently, but it has a much stronger mint mark. You can also check the "sold" values at ebay https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nk...e=1&_fosrp=1 and compare your coin to the images by looking at the original listings.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

I don't think the quarter is a 'S' mint. I'm not seeing that on your coin. Here is a G-06 example of the 's' mint:
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/39109074
Your coin would grade a bit less that this one.

Here is a 1927 plain graded by PCGS G-06
https://www.PCGS.com/cert/38602606
The value would exceed the cost of having it slabbed. (and your coin is a lower grade than this one)
But because of the full date, I'd probably keep it. Most of these quarters you can't read the grade on.

You might try buying a copy of the Red Book or other coin reference work to check on the mintages and approximate value of your holdings.

Two of the three coins belong in a different section here on CCF (Classic section). For future posts, please, only one coin per thread. It makes replies much easier for us.

Congrats on your group of coins but agree with all that has been said (especially Coop, as I wasn't seeing an "S" mintmark either.)
