Kyra, is there a place you prefer in Ft. Wayne as far as shops go? I have been to A-Z a time or two... haven't been to Crossroads but heard I may want to atleast venture there soemtime. I am normally in Ft. Wayne every weekend.
A-Z is OK, but if you really want to check out a great coin shop go to Fairfields. If you need directions PM me, I can tell you how to get there. Rachel [:p]

Wow! Woodenickel, you're tugging at my heart. My old home place is at the base of Roan Mtn. I have 16 Rhododendrons in my yard, all from the mtn. I now live in Elizabethton about 20 miles from the mtn. The Rhododendrons usually bloom around the third week in June on the mtn. The elevation is 6400 ft. so it takes a while. Those in my yard will be blooming in April. For those of you wondering, Roan mtn. has the largest natural Rhododendron gardens in the world. Over 600 acres all on the very top of the mtn. The flowers are a bold lavender color. Indescribable how pretty they are. Thanks for asking Woodenickel. I hope you've seen them? Oh yea, welcome to the forum. The people here are the best! Rick

Maybe Fairfields is what I was thinking of. I remember hearing about that one as well. Is there also a crossroads in Ft Wayne?

Hmmm, if there's a Crossroads I haven't heard of it. There's also a Mr. Wimps, but I've never been there so I can't say anything about it.

TNWalker- Some of the best breakfasts I've ever had were in a combo- hardware store/grill in Hampton...course, that was way back in the last century Any suggestions on coin shops in E-town or the Tri-Cities area? WN "Lurking and Learning"
