. Don't send in. To justify all costs involved in sending it in,a coin needs a retail value after slabbing of at least $150.

Absolutely NOT . To send a 1964-D common date Quarter in for grading , it would have to be at least an MS-67-68 .
I agree with panzaldi yours is AU-55 . Skin on coin is all marred up and wear shows on entire Eagle .
