i can tell you that neither of your coins are NOT RPM -001 or RPM-002.
why? the position of the mintmark in relationship to the date.

i dont think they are an RPM either.

As stated above, this is a normal mint mark for this era. It is MMS-005, which is the overused punch, MMS-002. Here is a link that shows the mm styles.

I guess I should have elaborated, the MMS-002 and MMS-005 for the dime, are the same mm as MMS-004 and MMS-009, for the Lincoln Cent, which is what the study, in the second link I provided, was done. I did not realize, until coop told me, that the SAME mint mark punches were used for the cent, nickel, dime, quarter and half dollar. The MMS numbers just vary because of the life of each type of coin, the Lincoln being the oldest, that encompasses the time frame of the two mint marks. Hope this helps.
