I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

weak strike on the obverse. you are not going to see all the centers of the stars on a F coin. the reverse I put at XF40 the obverse is a weak strike VF coin. maybe net VF25
