If you are convinced that there is a foreign object embedded in the planchet, then you could go to a local university and get some time on their scanning electron microscope to investigate that further. This test will tell you the composition of the material and the age also. Do not be mad, some confound high resolution microscopes with SEM. I do those test all the day and I know. The top of the bays you highlighted look promising. could you find any markers that match WDDR-001? The top of the "I" (UNITED) looks to be MD but I can't really tell on the "N". The raised areas around the mouth may be die damage since any embedded metal would be flush with the surface of the coin from the pressure of the strike. Maybe soak in pure acetone to see if any of the raised areas will come off? Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow. So slightly rotated are off caused after a die clashing event. When people see this off set view, they think cash. But a rotation of a die should be 45 degrees for more. How much is 45 degrees? Corner to opposite corner on the square: So slight rotations of dies are not a premium. Probably the most desirable are the 180 degree rotations. The differences? One is done by a mint worker that didn't set of the die correctly. The below 45 degrees are just die movements from clashes.
