I have an 1893 IHC with repunched date (8 9 and 3). Also, the E in cent as fairly pronounced/unusual Longacre doubling, if that is in fact what it is.

Curious is this is familiar to anyone.

WOW John, thanks for the IHC error reference site - I didn't know of this one
Can we get a better picture of the full date? (also I can't make out what the second picture is of (too close - cant reference it to other portions of the coin.)

Is Longacre doubling the same as recut die doubling or are they two different things?
