I don't think so, but the lighitng makes it impossible to detect for sure.

No, I mean I would need a better photo of YOUR coin to tell whether it's an RPM.

Just looks like a very worn die with the center post of the mint mark broken off. Not as bad as I thought one time was a RPM.

Not a RPM, just a very worn die. Look at the top of the 9 in the date.
