The '75 dime appears to have spent some time in a murky fountain or moist soil. Rather heavy environmental damage. Yes, the '55 (not in great condition) is silver. The reverse of the '55 might have a mint mark--curious what it may be.

The software used to capture/initially process the images may have introduced an artifact--the hexagonal look.

the 75 is a spender. the 55 is silver and 2x2 worthy.
Strange pixlations of the images make the coins look a lot worse than the y possibly are in hand.
