There is also BBQd moose ribs, but those can get tough so they should be slow cooked in a crock pot for a day or two.

Some of you guys are killin' me...I always tell myself to have an open mind and try anything once, but I'm not sure I could try the raw limpets(where do they even serve them? and are they still crawling?!?)

I may have to look up the BBQ place in SC next time I head south...always love good BBQ!

I guess venison is the closest thing, though it really is its own taste. I would say a smoky sauce is better then a sweet sauce for the moose.
