fine looking specimen...toned and very little signs of wear...AU-58 IMHO

I'm not seeing any wear, just some bag marks. From what I can see it looks MS-62. Nice coin.

I agree it's mint state.

But the flash on the cheek could be hiding a pretty serious scratch or ding.

Assuming the cheek is perfect I might go as high as MS63.

Maybe it's just the picture but the hair right above the ear looks a little flat to me, and the breast feathers seem to show rubbing as well. So I would go AU-55 to AU-58 unless this year/mintmark is known to have a weak strike.
