1853 No Arrows Seated Liberty Quarter?

Here's a coin that I recently picked up. It was sold as an 1852, but looking at the coin, it seems that the last digit resembles a 3 more than a 2. This coin has no arrows and rays, so if it is the 1853, it is the incredibly scarce no arrows variety. I'd love to get everyone's thoughts!

Here is the close-up photo of the date, as requested. The other possibility is that the coin is an 1858.

Agreed with 1858. Inner portion of the upper loop isn't correct for a 2 or 3. Also, last digit position isn't correct for the 1853. Lastly, it just looks like an 8
