I enjoy enjoy trying sifting through old coins to find valuable ones, probably like most on here I assume. :) This particular coin popped on my radar the other day, not sure if this was done during the mint process or if someone stamped it after-the-fact. Sometimes I suspect it's just the most convenient piece of metal available. On the other hand, I have a pocket piece I carry, a 1797 "cartwheel" penny of George III, which has the initials "J.H.R" punched across the King's bust.
