Hi there. Any info that I can get is appreciated.
It is magnetic. It is the tiniest bit larger in circumference but also the tiniest thinner. It weighs 4.30 exactly.

Damaged coin, not an error.
Lack of a raised rim on the obverse is the tell.
We'll never know exactly how or why it was done.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
