What Am I Doing Wrong On The US Mint Site?

howell1018 Pillar of the Community United States 731 Posts	Posted 08/21/2023 11:41 am I have several orders pending and want to check the status. I go to the mint site and login. I head to the "order history" area and am prompted to " click on the order number for more details about each order." I do so, and nothing happens. Page "blinks" and nothing changes. I even try clicking on an order number that corresponds to an order I have gotten an email telling me that it has shipped and due to be delivered today and I get nothing. What's up with this? Am I doing something wrong? Report this Post to the Staff

jbuck Moderator United States 190135 Posts	Posted 08/21/2023 1:16 pm I have no problem viewing my US Mint orders with Firefox or Chrome on Windows. Maybe there is something weird going on with Safari? I do not have a Mac, so I cannot confirm that. hfjacinto Pillar of the Community United States 7293 Posts	Posted 08/21/2023 2:16 pm Clear your cache or go incognito. I had a weird issue in that I couldn't get in to the US Mint site. I first tried incognito and it worked fine. Cleared my cache and its back to normal. You may have a corrupted file somewhere in your cache.
