1946 P Cent Vista Doubled Die Reverse / DDR -005 ?

My first post "failed the test", but all attributions are here in my opinion. I value your comments because I learn from each coin posted. I had already looked at this one a bunch of times, but after reading post after post, I've been going back and looking at them again.
