The 1424 St. Gallen coin that is the earliest in this category is out of range of most collectors: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/282/lot/?lot=47 I think that "accessible" (low to mid 3-figure prices) dated coins like we are talking about here started in the late 1450s in Austria: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/3368/lot/?lot=1769 My earliest with modern numerals is this 1474 2 stuiver ("dubbele vuurijzer") of Flanders, like the coin Finn70 posted, but one ruler earlier. IN addition to a pair of those old-style 4s, it's got a rotated 7 as well: I'm pretty sure @spence has something 10 to 15 years earlier from central Europe..
