My friend was cleaning out his fathers old house and found a bundle of $50 bills dated 1951-1969. He described them as average condition. Are these worth a premium?

I'm looking through the book and I show the only premium is for star notes. about 2X face in fine condition. The 1950E series has a good mark up. You sure there are no 1950E's in there?.
