I picked this up on a whim. I'm terrible with grading so I thought I'd ask here. There are some scratches on the case. I can get more pictures if needed.

Looks like you'd have to get a 69 to even make a submission worthwhile.

Oh for sure. Really the only value comes if it hits 70.

Don't know if it is the holder but reverse just above arrow tips has some yuck. if that is on the coin then no way you'll break even

I wouldn't get it graded by a TPG. Leave it as is.

I was distracted by a mark on the front that was on the case didn't take as good a look at the back. You are right that is on the coin. I'll keep it as is.
