1961 Lincoln Cent Clipped Planchet/Curved Clip

Found this penny coin roll hunting and I believe this is my first coin that is a curved clip or clipped planchet. I'm not sure if this is the correct terminology, but I wanted to confirm that this is in fact what I believe to be a mint error! Trying to take better pictures, so I hope these are good. Please let me know if I need to attach others. Thanks for being the experts, and always being there to answer all of my silly questions!
