2000-P Virginia Quarter-Extra Hair Behind Ear

Sammyluv New Member United States 42 Posts	Posted 06/09/2024 9:19 pm Hello, I have 2 quarters with what appear to be extra hair behind Washington's ear. The 2 styles are different. Of course, they could just be die chips. This one, I researched and found a person had written the forum in 2021 about a 2020-P Salt River Bay Quarter which had a similar anomaly behind the ear. There was a question if it was a double ear. Anyway, I couldn't find anything related in Wexler's or Variety Vista, unless I overlooked something. Thank you for any advise and/or opinions.
