Unidentified European (?) Possibly Spanish? (Id: Control Token By Van Brook)

There is no text on the token except for a small underlined VB to the right of the arms. It measures 28 mm. Any ideas on this one? Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

Added: also note the VB in the top of the crest as well as to the right of it.
