Came across this 1971D Kennedy half and am questioning if it looks like doubling in L-I-B-E-R-T-Y. Here are some pics. Thanks.

Definitely a doubled die, nice find
The split serifs are a key indicator but someone else will have to tell you exactly what DDO it is since I do not have any of my references handy.

This looks to me a good example of split serifs consistent across the legend.

It Is definitely a doubled die. It is also well struck. I need to see the Motto as well to figure it out. I'll wait for the pictures. A closeup of the words IN and WE, in particular would help me out a lot:-)

Have Fun,
Bill

In looking at the pictures, I would also be curious to know if the coin appears to be a rotated die.

Thanks,
Bill

Here are some pics of the motto, the first 1 in date, and the 9 in date. When looking at the obv. and rev. it does not appear as if it is a rotated die. Sorry for the crappy images. Thanks to everyone for their help.
