Pics from PCGS website below to help folks see the comparison. @mon, your pic is at the edge of being completely unusable, but it doesn't look like a high 3 to me. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I am can weigh in with a confirmation or gentle correction. Also, for $2, isn't this a buy regardless?

Not that it matters much but the melt on the coin is $2.29 and a no brainer buy.

Thanks all and Spence, we will se its advertised as a 1883 but the sellers don't know coins, also a 1909 1 cent was advertised as a 1989.
If I'm able to get it I will post.
i know nothing of capped busts or their value, this must be like g4-g6. So maybe 30 dollar coin.
