Hello I'm relatively new to this but I was wondering is this a D mint mark. And the back is messed up also. What would you call it?

Filled D mint mark. Very common, no premium. The reverse could be showing a Die Crack or a scratch. Although we need sharper photos to determine what it is.

A broken post on the D which is common.
Please explain what on the reverse is "messed up".
It looks like a normal quarter.
