My lucky streak continues (I have found 10 oz of silver during the past three weeks). Today I stopped at a nearby BoA branch on a whim. When the teller handed me the single roll of half dollars in her drawer, I could tell the coins were in an old-fashioned wrapper. Both enders were deeply-toned 1969-D half dollars -- and the remaining 18 coins were beautiful uncirculated coins minted that year. Based on their condition, I think this roll hasn't been opened since the year that the coins were minted. The BoA team will enjoy a large pizza tomorrow...
Nothing beats finding an entire roll of silver coins that once were held by another coin collector.
