PR63, perhaps 62 due to amount of chatter. Strike looks too strong for MS.

The solid strike and cameo portraits all point towards a Proof coin. I'm going to go PR63. Nice looking example.

PR63. they tend to like peripheral toning so I would not rule out a bump to 64

This is a tough one. Reverse looks fantastic. Is there a slight rub on breasts, knee and hand? Probably not. Either way it is a beauty.

I think this time PCGS was a bit less conservative than the majority of you about this one, but being conservative in grading is more often than not a good thing. This coin was in an album for 70+ years before going to PCGS in 2021.
