The obvious bit is the die clash all over the place, but also has a rim-to-rim die crack on the reverse. Third thing is a partial collar. Lastly, Mike Diamond has looked at the coin and adds the possibility that there is die subsidence to the left-top of the torch. It's interesting that almost every time I see a post title or ebay header saying "multiple errors" it turns out to be PMD.
