I imagine this coin was cleaned years ago and has re-toned nicely. Should make EF40 overall and it has an appealing appearance. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff

Look at the areas close to the devices. I see signs of contaminants that are totally absent in the fields and on the high points of the design.
