1993 Lincoln Cent with what I thought was doubling around Lincoln's head and chin. Closer look and it appears the zinc has broken through the copper outer layer. COuld that still be a form of doubling? Also on reverse there are very distinctive crack in the memorial columns. I'm guessing both may have been caused by excessive pressure at stamping. What do you think?
